Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Adlynx handles account, agency, client, campaign, lead, payment, activity, and AI-related information.
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Adlynx collects, uses, stores, and shares information when agencies, clients, administrators, and invited users use Adlynx.
Adlynx is built for agency reporting, client dashboards, lead tracking, Razorpay subscription billing, and AI-generated campaign explanations. We keep this policy simple so users can understand what information may be processed while using the product.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as names, email addresses, roles, login activity, agency details, client details, and settings needed to operate an Adlynx workspace.
We also process campaign reports, uploaded files, dashboard information, lead records, lead status updates, remarks, follow-up dates, activity logs, billing status, subscription references, and technical information such as device, browser, and usage data needed to keep the service reliable.
3. Agency, Client & Lead Data
Agencies may upload personal information about their own leads or customers, including lead names, email addresses, phone numbers, statuses, remarks, and follow-up dates.
Agencies are responsible for making sure they have the right to upload and manage this information in Adlynx. Client account information and campaign reports are processed so agencies and their clients can view reporting, dashboards, and lead progress.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, organize agency and client workspaces, import and display campaign reports, manage lead records, generate dashboards, record important activity, provide support context, and improve product reliability.
We may also use information to send account, invitation, security, billing, and service-related messages.
5. AI Processing
Adlynx may process campaign information with AI providers to generate plain-language campaign explanations and summaries for users.
AI-generated explanations help describe campaign performance in a more understandable way. Adlynx does not claim that AI calculates campaign metrics; campaign metrics come from uploaded or connected campaign data and are then presented or explained within the product.
6. Razorpay / Payments
Adlynx uses Razorpay for subscription and payment processing. Razorpay may process billing details, payment identifiers, subscription status, invoices, and transaction information needed to complete payments and manage subscriptions.
Adlynx does not need to store full card or payment instrument details when those are handled directly by Razorpay.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We may share information where necessary with service providers that help operate Adlynx, such as payment providers, hosting providers, database or storage providers, email providers, analytics or monitoring providers, and AI providers.
We may also share information if required to comply with law, enforce product rules, protect users, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users should keep login credentials secure, invite only trusted team members, and contact Adlynx if they believe account access has been compromised.
9. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide Adlynx, maintain workspace history, support billing and account administration, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or archive it according to operational needs and applicable requirements.
10. User Rights & Data Deletion
Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their personal information, subject to account ownership, workspace permissions, legal obligations, and technical limitations.
Agency owners may also request deletion of agency, client, campaign, or lead data they control. Some records may be retained where needed for billing, security, audit, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
12. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Adlynx changes. When we make updates, we will revise the policy page and may provide additional notice when changes are significant.
Continued use of Adlynx after an updated policy is posted means the updated policy applies from that point forward.
13. Contact Us
For privacy questions or data deletion requests, contact Adlynx through the official support channel provided in your account or onboarding materials.
TODO: Add a verified Adlynx support or privacy contact email before publishing this policy as final.
